Our Private Banquet room is perfect for any celebration or business meeting. We offer three different styles of menu to accommodate any group.
Room Capacity: Fratelli’s private banquet room has a maximum seating capacity of 55 seated guests or a standing capacity of 70 guests.
Food and Beverage Minimum: Please see below for our food and beverage minimums. Our minimums do not include sales tax, or service fees. These costs are additional (see Tax and Fees section for details). Food and Beverage minimums are seasonal and may be subject to change. Private dining and restaurant buy outs may be unavailable on holidays and other selected days, please inquire with the restaurant for more details.

Tax and Fees: Private events are subject to a 7.75% sales tax and at minimum 20% service fee.
Other fees include:
-Corkage fee: $20 per bottle, 750ml
-Cake Cutting Fee: $1 per plate
-Custom decorations/Set-up: Price varies
-Equipment usage (please see private banquet room menu for details)
Payment: Private dining clients agree to pay the current menu price as quoted by the catering and banquet manager on the day of the event. Final payment must be made at the completion of the event. All events are subject to one master bill and paid for using one or more of the following methods: credit card (limit 3), cash and/or check. We accept all major credit cards.
Guest Count: During the initial planning we request an approximant guest count. The final guest count guarantee is required 7 days prior to the event. The host will be responsible for this guaranteed final number or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. Increases to the final guest count must be received no later than one day prior to the event.
1-2 days cancellation: 50% of proposed event subtotal
3-7 days cancellation: 25% of proposed event subtotal
Menu Selections: All final menu selections must be made 7 days prior to the event. Please note, we will do our best to accommodate requests for additional food the day of the event, however, an additional service charge may apply depending on items, availability, etc. You will be billed for the guaranteed number, plus any additional meals served, or the specified food and beverage minimum, whichever is more.
Decorations: Decorations must conform to fire and safety codes. All decorations must be securely placed and removed immediately after conclusion of the event. Glitter, confetti, rice, etc. are strictly prohibited. All candles must be enclosed, Fratelli’s prohibits pillar candles and candles not enclosed in glass. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a minimum $100 cleanup/damage fee. All decorations must be approved by Fratelli’s management.
Liability: The hosts and guests of the event should hold Fratelli’s Italian Kitchen harmless from any claims or expenses on account of injury to any connection with the event. The hosts and guests of the event are responsible for any and all damages to the restaurant.
